The participating libraries are Argenta Oreana Public Library District, Chatham Area Public Library, Cerro Gordo-Hope Welty Public Library, Clinton-Vespasian Warner Public Library, Forsyth Public Library, Helen Matthes Public Library, Effingham, IL Supreme Court Library, Lincoln Public Library, Maroa Public Library, Mason City Public Library, Mt. Pulaski Public Library, Mt. Zion District Library, Petersburg Public Library, Rochester Public Library, Shelbyville Public Library, Sherman Public Library, Taylorville High School, Warrensburg-Barclay Public Library, Weldon Public Library, and Windsor Storm Memorial Library.
