| Why Market and Promote? The long awaited
database upgrade offers our libraries new opportunities to improve
service to our patrons. But change does not come easy, and promoting
the positive aspects of the change will help both our staff and
patrons to adjust and accept the change. With this new opportunity also come new
challenges. To meet these challenges these are some of the ideas
that staff and member libraries have come up with easing the
transition both for staff and patrons. |
