On Wednesday, March 8th RPLS librarians came to Rolling Prairie to get a
preview of the the LibraryU module, "Master of Disaster", created by our
very own Jennie Alexander, Director of Mt. Zion PDL. We looked at how
disaster planning can make a difference at our libraries. The 2007 Per
Capita grant requires that Public Libraries have a Disaster Plan in
place that was approved by the board after October 15, 2005? Have you
updated your disaster plan? Has Katrina got you thinking about your
Disaster Plan, and how it can be improved? We will offer this session at
Rolling Prairie Library System again next Fall. Watch
