Learning Objectives: Learn to use the DRA Circulation, Borrower and Bibliographic services, including policies and procedures for creating and maintaining patron records, checking out books, placing holds, etc. You will also be introduced to the RPLS Web page - how to search and place requests, how to do daily reports, how to check system status, and how to view the high demand list.
