The budget process for district libraries can be daunting for trustees and librarians alike.  However, with a simple time line and guidelines for what steps to take, the process becomes more understandable.  District library trustees have asked for this workshop, and it is designed specifically for district libraries.  An overview of the budget process, optimal timeline for completion of each step, and review of the required ordinances that must be passed, published, and filed will be covered.
