Learning Objectives: To learn how to navigate ILL Web, basics of searching, pricing (searching, display holdings, producing a request), establishing Interlibrary Loan policies, and checking the Message File with  OCLC's ILL Web.

Description: OCLC is a nonprofit membership organization serving 42,489 libraries in 86 countries and territories around the world. ILL Web is OCLC's product for handling Interlibrary Loans. This seminar session will teach you about navigating ILL Web, Web Basics of searching,  Pricing (searching, display holdings, producing a request), Interlibrary Loan Policies and checking the Message File.

Lynn Bierma has been with the IL State Library and training library staff on OCLC services for 10 years. She specializes in interlibrary loan and reference, and acts as a consultant for libraries regarding their use of OCLC services.
