Learning Objectives: Learn how to display live animals/insects/reptiles @ your library.

Description: It’s easy to attract and interest students and patrons with unusual live animals. The staff of Scovill Zoo will show you which snakes, lizards, insects, small mammals, and other animals work well in the library. Whether you’re wanting touchable animals or ones only for display. Learn the care requirements, equipment needs, and where to buy or borrow animals, enclosures, and food. Live demonstration animals will be on display with zoo staff available to answer your questions after the presentation.
